Abacus engineering and Land surveying, Inc was established in 1996. The company began with Dwayne Wheatley and his wife Tracy. It has since grown to eleven employees. A professional engineer, two licensed professional surveyors, 3 CADD technicians, four field crew members and supporting office staff make up our team. The Abacus staff has developed good working relationships with local developers and builders as well as local planning officials. Abacus has been involved in over fifty major subdivision developments and equally as many site development plans for businesses.
